The script uses SHA-256 hash of your brain passphrase as entropy for generate BIP39 mnemonic phrase.
Yes, if you use very strong passphrase. SHA-256 is used in several different parts of the Bitcoin network and has strong collision resistance. The entropy from an external source also increases resistance of BIP39 algorithm.
Don't use short passphrases as well as popular sayings, parts of songs, poems or mantras! Use only passphrases you can't forget.
